Biography:
Ellen Joffred is a theatre artist born and raised in Berks County, PA. Currently based in NYC, she received her MFA in Dramaturgy from Columbia University. She is a member of Literary Managers and Dramaturgs of the Americas, PDC, The Plumes, and an individual member of TCG. Her interests include investigating theatricality, the beauty and futility of language, cross-cultural collaborations, mash-ups, and theatre transcending language.
